1 - Open the base, crop.... >
2 - Duplicate the layer, set it to screen, opacity 29% (you can change the opacity or add more screen layers!)   >>
3 - Add a curves layer: RGB - Input: 118 / Output: 136 >  >>
4 - Create a new layer and fill with #eab75f  and set to multiply, opacity 15%  (you can change the opacity!!)

5 - Add a selective color layer  (you can change these numbers!)

RED: -94 / +36 / 35 / 0
YELLOWS: -20 / -34 / -78
GREEN: 0 / 0 / 0 / +18
NEUTRALS: 20 / 4 / 8 / -22

6 - Add a color balance layer: (you can change these numbers!)

Midtones: -28 / -17 / -15
shadows: -13 / 0 / 16

7 - Add another Selective color layer: (you can change these numbers!)

RED:  -90 / -11 / 10 / 14
NEUTRALS: 13 / -6 / 0 / 0

8 - Add a brightness / contrast layer:(you can change these numbers!)
Brightness: -5
Contrast: +12

9 - Duplicate the base, drag to the top, set to softlight, opacity 100% (you can change the opacity!)

10 - Go to Filter > Other > Highpass > Radius: 9,7 (you can change this number!)
